The Dorch Engineering DS25 is the highest-output HPFP available for the BMW N55 platform. When running FlexFuel (E30–E85), the N55's stock high-pressure pump becomes the critical bottleneck — it simply cannot move enough fuel to feed the engine at high load. The DS25 delivers 25cc per stroke (up from 12cc stock), completely eliminating HPFP as a fuel delivery limitation. This is the pump that enables true Stage 2+ FlexFuel builds, proven clean at 30+ PSI on E45.
