The Turbosmart Kompact EM (electro-mechanical) Dual Port VR9 is a true plug-and-play replacement for the N55's electronically-actuated OEM diverter valve — it has an integrated high-temperature solenoid, so there are no hoses, adapters, or check-engine lights. The dual-port design vents roughly half to atmosphere (the audible psssh) and recirculates the rest back to the turbo inlet for a clean idle. No tune required. This is the VR9-flange version that fits the F10 535i N55. Note: the M2 (F87) and X4 M40i use the VR11 flange and need a different part.
