The OEM N55 charge pipe is plastic and is a well-known failure point under raised boost. The VRSF Charge Pipe replaces it with powder-coated aluminium and a 3-inch throttle-body-matched outlet, using a billet CNC throttle-body flange that retains the factory C-clip (no clamp at the TB). It includes a plugged 1/8" NPT bung for meth/water injection, plus couplers and clamps, and carries a lifetime warranty. Note: for the F10 platform this is the single intercooler-to-throttle-body charge pipe — an "upper + lower" kit is a different (B58/N20) concept. Fits 535i (F10/F11), 640i (F06/F12/F13) and X5/X6 35i.
